Yes, by special request only. If you would like to see landscaping in front of your home, simply message your design coordinator and they will provide you a price based on your request.

We collaborate with experienced designers in the industry to help ensure our clients have a positive experience. When you initially get various ideas back from designers, these ideas are inspired by the description you provided, inspirational photos you uploaded and color/material trends you selected. It is our recommendation that you select the designer whose ideas you like best to start even if you are not 100% confident how they will look on your house. If you get your final rendering back showing these ideas and still want to see more options, you will be able to do so on the rendering toggle page and/or request specifics from your personal DZINLY Design Coordinator. We charge a reasonable fee (starting at $5) for any additional options/ideas requested regardless of the circumstances. This fee simply covers our time to implement additional options for you to see.

Our platform connects you with designers who we have vetted to be experts in exterior design. We take the ideas you initially approve and apply them to your home to show you how your home will look. Sometimes, the colors or materials approved may look different than you expected once they are actually rendered on your home. Design is often in the eye of the beholder. Some ideas that may look amazing to some people may not have the same effect on other people. This is why our platform allows you to request additional options at a reasonable cost compared to traditional designers fees. Should you wish to see additional options, simply let your design coordinator know. He or she will collaborate with the designer and then add these ideas to your toggle page for purchase. The cost of these additional ideas covers our time to set the new idea up in our system so you can see it on your home.

The initial package you select includes our time to set your project up in our system and our designers time to give you material and/or color ideas for your existing home as presented to us. In many instances, our clients want to see features that don't currently exist on their home such as a new front porch or dormers added on their roof. These requests require our architects to come up with a design for you to approve. We then have to model that design in our software so materials and colors you select with your designer can be visualized. Naturally, we have to pay our architects and computer modelers for their time. This cost is above and beyond your original package cost. There is a non-refundable fee starting at $49 to engage our architects to complete initial free-hand sketches of their ideas. A proposal will then be provided to you to produce a realistic rendering of this sketch on your home based on the complexity of the design.

Good design often takes various reiderations to get the perfect look. We collaborate with experienced architects who provide their professional opinion on how an architectural improvement should look. Sometimes you may get your final rendering back and want changes to the architectural element. For example, if you had a new front porch added on you may want to see revisions to the shape or style of columns on the new rendered porch. For these updates, we charge a fair fee relative to traditional architects to work with the architect and our computer modeling team to show you these options. This fee is simply to cover our costs.

Yes! Your renderings will include the exact color and material specifications needed to implement your project. You will also have the ability on your toggle page to request quantity specifications. If you worked with DZINLY to design a new architectural addition on your home you may purchase the construction detail plans to provide your contractor for estimation purposes.
