This Privacy Notice (Notice) applies to dzinly.com (Dzinly, we or us) and governs data collection and usage. By using Dzinly, you understand that the data practices described in this Notice will apply to your data. If you do not understand or agree with the terms of this Notice, do not continue to use Dzinly.

What Data Dzinly Collects

Dzinly collects two types of information. Personal Information and Nonpersonal Information. Personal Information is all information that does or can reasonably be expected to be used to identify you. Nonpersonal Information is all other information and may include deidentified or anonymized information.

At Dzinly, we collect the following types of Personal Information:

• Physical Address and Associated Geolocation Data
• Phone Number
• Payment Information (such as credit card information)
• IP Address
• Log-in Information

Personal Information is collected only when you voluntarily provide it (except for your IP address, which is collected upon visiting Dzinly). You are not required to provide us with Personal Information, but if you decline to do so, certain parts of Dzinly will not work optimally or may be unavailable.

Dzinly also collect several types of Nonpersonal Information, including:

• Websites you come from when visiting Dzinly or go to when leaving Dzinly
• What pages on Dzinly you visit and how much time you spend on Dzinly
• General geographic region
• Images of the exterior of your home and property.
• Time and date of your visit to Dzinly

Why Dzinly Collects Data

We use Personal Information in one or more of the following ways:

• To provide you with the products and services offered by Dzinly
• Account registration and maintenance
• Website administration
• Updates, newsletters and marketing
• Complete your transaction
• To arrange for an introduction or meeting with service providers (at your request or instructions)

Security

Dzinly utilizes reasonable human, physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect that are compliant with applicable law. The information we collect is stored on our servers located in the United States. We take reasonable steps and regularly assess our privacy and security policies and procedures and comply with laws designed to protect the privacy and security of your Personal Information. No data transmission over the Internet or wireless network is 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you understand that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control and security, integrity and privacy of any information provided by you to Dzinly cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Information is collected through our website, but is stored and processed only by our payments service provider, who complies with all applicable laws and PCI-DSS (payment card industry data security standards).

Cookies, Google Analytics and Similar Technology

Cookies are small files placed on your computer. Cookies help analyze web traffic, provide information about your use of a website, and help websites work more efficiently by responding to you as an individual (such as remembering that you have logged in and tailoring operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering your preferences). Cookies provide us with technical information and do not collect personally identifiable information (except your IP address). Dzinly utilizes Google Analytics, a service from Google, Inc. (Google) that uses cookies. The information collected by the cookies (which includes your IP address) is transferred to Google who stores and processes the information in the United States. Google uses the information to provide us with an analysis of your use of this website, overall use of and traffic on this website and other related services. You can opt out of Google Analytics by downloading and utilizing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. By using Dzinly, you understand and acknowledge our use of Google Analytics.

In addition to Google Analytics, Dzinly may use a variety of other third party services providers (including Google and Facebook) who provide us with a variety of technology designed to improve your experience on Dzinly, through behavioral analytics, tracking and advertising. These features work through the use of cookies and similar technology that look at what is often called hashed information. Hashed information is designed to provide analysis of individual users of a website without using any Personal Information. Do Not Track Signals and Requests

Do not track signals and requests are sent from your browser to websites you visit indicating you do not want to be tracked or monitored. In most circumstances, you need to affirmatively elect to turn on the do not track signals or requests. Websites are not required to accept these signals or requests, and many do not. Currently, Dzinly does not honor do not track signals or requests.

Linked Websites

Dzinly includes links to other websites and applications for informational and convenience purposes (Linked Websites). Linked Websites are independent from our Website and are not governed by this Notice. We do not review, have control over their content, or endorse Linked Websites or the information, software, products or services available on the Linked Websites. We also have no control over the privacy notices used by Linked Websites. If you decide to access any of the Linked Websites, you do so at your own risk.

Individual Rights

Any Personal Information collected by or through Dzinly will be used only for the purpose it was provided and as described in this Notice. Once Personal Information is no longer necessary, we will return or destroy the Personal Information in accordance with our record retention and destruction policy.

Some jurisdictions (state, federal, national and international), such as California, Canada, and the European Economic Area (through the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), provide individuals with certain rights regarding their Personal Information. Children Under Age 18

Dzinly is not designed for or intended for use by those under the age of 18. We have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware Personal Information from a child under the age of 18 has been collected without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information about a minor, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Notice.

Email Communication and Opt-Out Process

From time to time, Dzinly may contact you by email to provide you with announcements, offers, surveys and other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving these communications from Dzinly, you may opt out of such communications by clicking the unsubscribe link found within the email or contacting us at the information provided at the bottom of this Notice. You may also contact us using the information at the bottom of this Notice if you would like to opt-out of behavioral analytics and the use of tracking technologies, to the extent possible based on the design of Dzinly and the software it utilizes.

Changes to the Notice

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to amend this Notice at any time. If at any time in the future we plan to use Personal Information in a way that differs from what is described in this Notice, we will post those changes on Dzinly. Your continued use of Dzinly following the posting of any changes to this Notice means you understand and are willing to use Dzinly under those changed terms.
